We understand the severity of data backup, and being able to reconstruct your business in the smallest amount of time after a disaster. Network Synapse offers a line of solutions, named "NSData" to provide your business with services to help your business recover in the shortest amount of time.

NSData Backup

NSData Backup is Network Synapse's off-site backup solution, allowing your company to backup all of it's most important files to an off-site storage facility. This service also allows you to configure the service on an unlimited amount of clients with no extra charge. The following features are provided with NSData Backup:

  • Secure Backup
  • Multi-File Revisions
  • Secure Web-Based Backup Retreival and Monitoring
  • No File Type Limitation
  • Multi-Client Support
  • Scheduled Backups
  • Windows, Linux, UNIX, MacOS Support
  • HIPAA Compliant
  • Live Customer Support 24/7
  • Security is what Network Synapse stresses when dealing with backups. All clients go through an encrypted connection when sending and receiving files, so that anyone trying to intercept any or all files will be unsuccessful. We also provide a secure web-interface so that you can retreive your files and folders in the event of a disaster. While a client can retrieve and monitor files, they are not allows to remove files. This keeps you from having to worry that an employee may take it upon themselves to maliciously remove any or all important data from your backup. Instead, Network Synapse has the business assign an "Administrative Contact"; a person inside the business who is trusted with the data. If you want to have files removed from your backup, the Administrative Contact will have to contact us, and provide the files needing to be removed.

One thing that our service offers that many others do not, is file revisions. When your client backs up your files, instead of replacing a file that has been changed, it keeps the original copy, and creates another file called a "revision". If for some reason a file is corrupted on the client end, you can easily recover the one from the day before, with the minimal amount of work needed to get your business back the way it was.

Along with all of the services, if you ever have any trouble with your service, our staff is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
